GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

SafeSpace. Podcast CIC Is a grounding and respite podcast launched in October 2024 dedicated to improving wellbeing, mental health, and resilience for healthcare professionals. Through interviews with medical leaders eg. Sir David Haslam, Prof. Partha Kar, reflective discussions with a clinical psychologist and guided meditations for start of the shift focus or unwinding after work, it provides practical support for doctors facing burnout, low mood, and systemic challenges. The podcast has reached #12 in Apple's Mental Health Charts and averaged 300-400 monthly downloads and earned the Liz Sizer Award for outstanding contributions to doctor's mental health and wellbeing. Collaborations with Mind Health for Medical Students and sponsorship by Pastest further amplifies its impact, by fostering a healthcare community where staff feel heard, values and equipped to prioritize their wellbeing.

CONSULTATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS

The company's stakeholders are Pastest (Digital Learning Provider) And Podcast Listeners.

I have had multiple consultations with Pastest.

We decided the best course of action for me as podcast host would now be to offer teaching webinars on managing wellbeing to healthcare professionals based on lessons learned from the interviews on the podcast, which I am now content creating and delivering.

No remuneration was received by the directors.
